Gardengle USER AGREEMENT
Acceptance of User Agreement. By using Gardengle, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use Gardengle.
Eligibility. You must be of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding contract in order to use Gardengle.
Registration. To access certain features of Gardengle, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.
Content. Definition. The term “Content” refers to any text, images, videos, or other materials posted or uploaded to Gardengle by users.
User Content. You retain ownership of any content you post on Gardengle, but by posting such content, you grant Gardengle a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content.
Notices and Restrictions. You agree not to post any content on Gardengle that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Gardengle reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
License Grant. By agreeing to this User Agreement, you grant Gardengle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display any content you post on Gardengle.
If you do not agree with any part of this User Agreement, you may not use Gardengle.
